Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items

El Dasa Official Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
